CMMC VDI Enclave (CUI/ITAR) - Per Seat
Managed virtual desktop seat inside a GBC-provisioned compliance enclave built on Microsoft 365 GCC High and Azure Government — the tier required when the workload holds ITAR / export-controlled technical data as well as CUI (CMMC / NIST 800-171 / DFARS 252.204-7012). Hardened Azure Government landing zone, Entra-joined session hosts, Intune enrollment, conditional access and MFA enforcement, plus the enclave's run costs (NAT gateway, monitoring, autoscale) absorbed into the seat rate. The compliance boundary is what this line prices — it is not commodity VDI. Tenant and cloud are paired strictly: a GCC High tenant runs on Azure Government, never on Azure Commercial. Choose the CUI (GCC) seat instead when the data is CUI without an export-control obligation. Microsoft licensing is NEVER bundled here. M365 G5 - GCC High quotes as its own line when the client does not already hold it — that is what the VDI planner's holdsG5 toggle decides. $325 is the approved rate-card ANCHOR for the GCC High column (personal desktop, standard machine). The VDI planner computes the real per-seat rate for the chosen workload, machine SKU, pooled/personal mode and cross-tenant tie, and overrides the unit price on the line it writes.
